We have lived so many lives it seems.

Young couple, small house, struggling to get started.

Small business owners struggling to make a go of it in the big box world.

Young professional couple struggling to raise kids in the suburbs and keep up with the Joneses.

An urban family trying to escape the suburbs and struggling to make a conscious choice about our lives.

A family sucked under by the economic downturn, relocated and struggling to make a new start.

What experiential wisdom have we gained from this process we call living? Can introspection and self-reflection lead to a more conscious and sustainable life?

And what about me? Here I am a "trailing spouse." A domestic trailing spouse.
